Poetry Slam at Open House

On September 25 MLK Middle School hosted an Open House for parents. During the evening, there were two Poetry Slam performances held in the library. Selected students performed their poetry with a projection of their self-portraits created in Ms. Hugo's class. Students also discussed their artwork and what it represented.
